Thank you for hiring Storybook Theatre of Texas!
Here are the technical requirement responsibilities for Storybook Theatre and for you.
For Schools, Libraries, and Theatres
Unless air travel is required or in a larger venue (see below), Storybook Theatre provides for all their A/V needs
Storybook Theatre provides:
-Sound system – Bose L1 Model II with B2 Bass
-Microphones – 3 Countryman headsets, Sennheiser receivers, and transmitters with quarter-inch or XLR plugs
-Apple iPad for show music.
-Our set may include backdrop, side panels, tables, artificial trees, bridge, lamp post, etc. as needed per story. Each story has unique props.
Presenters to provide:
-Cleared performing area. Preferably 20’ wide x 15’ deep. (We can adapt to smaller areas if needed.)
-Electrical access for multiple plugs.
-Bottled water for performers would be awesome
For our, Two Pigs and T.H.E. Wolf program, we use a black light, therefore the ability to darken the room is preferred.
For our, Who’s Living Under Your Roof? community parenting program: The presenter provides access to the projector and screen for the PowerPoint presentation.
Please Note: for larger venues, we plug into your sound system using our mics.
